How do I open an account with Oh la la Cheri Lingerie?

Please click the contact button, download the new account set up form and email form back to contact@ohlalacheri.com. A sales reps will contact you within 48 hours.

Why do I need to register?

Oh la la Cheri is a design house and manufacturer of lingerie. We sell lingerie wholesale to retail stores and online stores. We require registration of all customer accounts.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum wholesale order is $300. There is no minimum on re-orders. We do not have an order minimum for drop ship orders.

What is your turn around time?

In stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive your order. Please note that we are not open on the weekends. If you place an order over the weekend, we will receive it on Monday morning.

Do you drop ship?

Yes. Please contact our sales office for further information on our drop shipping program by sending a new account set up form to sales@ohlalacheri.com or calling our sales office 866-584-2929

I forgot my Account Password?

If you have forgotten your password- please email sales@ohlalacheri.com to receive a new one.

Do I need a Reseller ID?

Yes. We do require you to provide a reseller ID which is on your state issued reseller’s permit.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order in two ways. Payments can be made by bank wire transfer or credit card. Note- can download our Credit Card Authorization Form and return with Purchase Order Form. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Certified Check and Money Orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No, Oh la la Cheri sells it products only to resellers only with valid Reseller ID/ Reseller Certificate. You must provide a updated/ valid Resale Certificate / Reseller ID prior to account approval. This applies for all wholesale and drop ship accounts.

How can I get a copy of my receipt/ Invoice?

A copy of your invoice will arrive in you shipment. However, if you would like a copy of your invoice emailed to you after a placing an order please note on your PO that you would like to request an email copy of the invoice and provided email address to send invoice.

Will I be notified once my order has shipped?

Yes- you can request confirmation your order has shipped and be emailed a UPS tracking #.

What are your returns and shipping policies?

How do I order a catalog?

Please click on the “Contact” tab and complete the requested information or send an email to sales@ohlalacheri.com

How do I download images?

You must be set up a wholesale account system as a customer, and have a wholesale account login, to download our images

If an item is backorder, will it be automatically deleted on my order?

No. Any out of stock item will be placed on backorder. When back ordered items are instock they will be immediately shipped. You will not be charged for the backordered items until they are shipped to you. Please note on your PO if you do not accept backorders, otherwise backorders are automatically sent.
