ORDERS OVER $99.00 = 🎁FREE STANDARD SHIPPING 🎁

 We are excited to announce we now ship to CANADA!

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 shipped via USPS within the Contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & APO/FPO destinations). Depending on your shipping location, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are not guaranteed to go out the same day.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 2 business days (Monday – Friday by 3pm EST) for orders to be processed before they ship. Orders place through the weekend or Public Holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. Transit times are based on business days.


SHIPPING DELAYS

OH LÀ LÀ CHÉRI cannot be held responsible for transit time or delays in shipping outlined below:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address provided during the checkout process.
  • Any shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster, or shipping carriers unforeseen circumstances.
  • Loss or theft of order once the order has shipped.

If you are experiencing non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

OH LÀ LÀ CHÉRI cannot be held responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. 
We do not issue store credit nor refund for packages that carriers confirm as being delivered or deliver past the estimated arrival timeframe

The below shipping times are a guide; accurate shipping times will be calculated by zip code at check out. We are not liable for any delays to shipping outside of our control. These times may differ for delivery outside of the contiguous United States, e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.

Please note, USPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Orders shipped by USPS can take 3 – 10 business days to arrive. Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date.

After you place an order online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email, contact Customer Service at CustomerCare@ohlalacheri.com for investigation in this matter. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your shipping confirmation. This email will include your tracking number. If there is any shipping delay, our Customer Service team will notify you by email.

If you are having trouble placing an order due to credit card failure, contact Customer Service at CustomerCare@ohlalacheri.com, so we can further investigate in this matter. We will respond back within 24 hours of operation. You can also contact your bank for credit card validation.
